Way to go Baby Sister! I didn’t know some of that stuff about you, and I’m a bit surprised. You are doing a fabulous job of getting down to business with your new routines, and I’m pleased for you! And, I LOVE Patrick O’Brian’s books too…we must be related!

Emily – I hiked Table Mountain in Cape Town South Africa too … but I did it in November, 2003. I love how this running class pulls us all together!

Great story, Melinda! I especially related to the part about not seeing heavy elderly people very often– that really resonated with me. I love our class!
